Abstract

This research has been studied and implemented in the selected bank and its purpose was to build an online banking environment in which banking operations are safe and provide a high level of security, confidentiality (data encryption and speed of transmission), availability, effective management and control of the network environment. The researchers used the interview and questionnaire as tools to collect data for the primary and final study. By analyzing the interview questions and the questionnaire, the researchers concluded that the bank needs to build an online banking environment with a high level of security and availability and to conserve the time and effort of customers and the bank, and gain customer satisfaction. And meeting the requirements of clients and partners, and at the end of the study, the researchers developed a plan to implement the appropriate proposed solutions for this.
