The conclusion of the workshops for the description of the "laboratory medicine program" at the University of Modern Sciences

Today concluded the activities of the workshops entitled “Characterization of the Laboratory Medicine Program”, headed by the Vice President of the University, Dr. Yahya Abu Hatem, the Dean of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance, Dr. Safa Al-Haddad, and the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Dr. Abdulrahman Hamid, which extended for six months with the participation of academics specialized in laboratory medicine from government universities And eligibility and experts in the field of quality and a number of faculty members of the university.
The Vice President of the University, Dr. Yahya Abu Hatem, explained that the laboratory medicine program is among the programs set by the university in its strategy 2021-2025 for its opening, and whose implementation is supervised by the Center for Development and Quality Assurance in order to meet the needs of the labor market and actively contribute to the implementation of the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state.
Dr. Abu Hatem indicated that the workshops were fruitful and productive, characterized by the description of the laboratory medicine program and its courses according to NARS standards, and the University of Modern Sciences is the first university to describe its program at this high level of excellence and in accordance with the standards approved by the Academic Accreditation Council.
For her part, Dr. Safaa Al-Haddad thanked the participants in the characterization for their efforts and dedication to work and to complete it accurately.
The workshop was concluded by Dr. Abdul Rahman Hamid, by thanking the Vice President of the University, Dr. Yahya Abu Hatem, for his continuous support for development processes, his encouragement, and his supervision of the implementation of the executive plans of the university’s strategy 2021-2025.
The workshop ended with honoring the participating doctors by describing the laboratory medicine program and the quality experts who prepared the requirements of the program.
